INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The applicant must have experience under construction contracts in the role as contractor or management contractor for minimum of 08 (Eight) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper;
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 2 (Two) contract of minimum Two Storied Factory/Office/Commercial Building of similar nature in any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous/Renowned Company over the last 08 (Eight) years with a value of at least each contract of Taka 5.00 (Five) Crore.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be equal or greater than Taka 10.00 (Ten) Crore;
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1.75 (One Point Seven Five) Crore to comply the current soundness of the applicant's financial position and its prospective long term profitability;
5. These to be verified through submission of audited balance sheets or Bank Statement, other financial statements acceptable to the Procuring Entity, for the last 5 (Five) years;
6. If the work as sought above is completed under JVCA, the intending tenderer must be the lead contractor /firm of JVCA (Joint Venture Consortium or Association).
7. JVCA is allowed to participate in the tender process. However, the No. of contractor(s)/firm(s) in a JVCA shall not be more than 3 (three);
