INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of construction experience to qualify for the performance of the Works under the Contract:
General Experience:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years.
Specific Experience:
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor is construction works (Embankment , 0.75 km Bituminous Road Works, minimum 25 meter span PC Girder Bridge) of at least 1 contract(s) of successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk 13 (thirteen) crore.
Financial Experience:
1. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK 17 (seventeen) crore over the last 10 years or best 3 years in the last 5 years.
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be TK 4(four) crore.
3. The minimum assessed tender capacity shall be 15 (fifteen) crore.
