INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a)Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5(five)years of general experience in building Construction works(time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system). (b)Having experience in the successful completion of at least one number of similar nature building construction work amounting to Tk 300.00 (Three Hundred) lakh only in a single number of tender/contract in government/semi-government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 5(five)years. The experience certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be issued by the officer, not below the rank of Executive Engineer, concerned department/organization duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction he has been done. Self-work will not be entertained for the work experience. (c)The required average annual construction turnover must be greater than Tk.1000.00(One Thousand)Lakh only during the last 5(five)years. Necessary supporting valid documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time for turnover & experience will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system)
(d) The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 250.00 (Two Hundred Fifty) Lakh only in the specified form as Form PW 3-7(CPTU STD PW3-7). (e)The tenderer must have valid and updated VAT, IT, Trade License, ABC category Electrical license & supervisory license. f) If the total quoted value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive. g)The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.350.00(Three Hundred Fifty)Lakh Only. (h)All other & detailed conditions as specified in (Section-2 & Section-4,6,7,8) TDS must be fulfilled. |
