General Experience:
The minimum Period of General Experience of the Tenderer,(s) in Building construction/ maintenance works shall be at least 05 (Five) years.
Specific Experience:
i) The Tenderer,(s) must have Experience of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Multi- storied Building in the turn of BDT 5,00,000,00.00 (Five Crore Taka only) under a single contract over a period of last 10 (Ten) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous/ Private Organization.
ii) The Tenderer,(s) must have Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Experience of Central Air Conditioned Multi- storied Building in the turn of BDT 2,00,000,00.00 (Two Crore Taka only) under a single contract over a period of last 10 (Ten) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous/ Private Organization.
The experience should be certificate by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
Average annual turnover :
The required average annual turnover shall be minimum Tk. 2,50,000,00.00 (Two crore Fifty Lacs only) during the period of last 3(Three) years.
Free funds (Liquid Assets ) and / or credit facilities:
The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities of the Tenderer/Supplier shall be 1,00,000,00.00 (One crore only).
