INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(i) Tenderer shall have a Minimum of 07(Seven) years overall business experience.
(ii) Tenderer shall have to submit Agency/Distributorship certificate/authorization letter for supplying spare parts during the contract period of 03 (three) years currently issued from internationally reputed Dunham Bush chiller Manufacturer.
(iii) Tenderer shall have specific experience at least 2x 300 TR capacity HVAC system with modern control in a single contract worth not less than 65 (sixty five) lac during last 3 years in a Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
(iv) Tenderer shall capable for arrangement of supplying spare parts of Dunham Bush brand Chillers. In this regard, tenderers are requested to visit the site to collect data of Chillers (Model, control system etc) for preparing spare parts list and submission it with offer.
(v) The tenderer shall have experience of ongoing contract of operation, servicing & maintenance work satisfactorily in a Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. In this regard, certificate has to be submitted from concerned authority. |
