INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

All Bangladeshi National tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
1. If the total quoted price is more than 10% (ten percent) less/above than the Offiial Cost, the tender shall be evaluated as Non-Responsive.
2. A list of year-wise breakdown of turnover must be submitted with the payment certificate. Failing to submit the mentioned documents/certificates, tender will not be evaluated.
3. For submission of any false information and documents shall consider the Tenderer Non-Responsive and be De-barred.
4. Tenderer must submit the ownership/lease documents/agreements of their plants & equipments.
Conditions given vide memo no. 215 ,Chief Engineer,RHD Dated: 06.08.17
a. As per consent of CPTU, The Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP System with the help of online database system TDMS.
b. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personal list etc.) of the tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
c. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, The information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
d. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
e. Evaluation Sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC. |
