INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 5 ( Five) years for Works/ Service/ supply experience.
Documentary evidence shall be submitted.
2.The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor/Flight Inspection Unit(FIU) in providing non-Consulting Service of at least 3 (three) contracts of similar nature, complexity and method/technology completed over a period of 5 (five) years with a value of at least of Taka 1.0 (One) Crore shall be required. [Documented evidence shall be submitted.]
3. The Tenderer has an agreement with Flight Inspection Unit (FIU) covering full contract period who have the following specific experience:
(a) The flight inspection unit (FIU) shall have proven experience of at least 3(Three) times of successful flight calibration/Commissioning of PSR and SSR Radar for the last 5(five) years . In connection to this, original /true copy of the flight calibration completion certificates from end user or RADAR manufacturing company shall be submitted.
(b)The calibration/inspection company shall be owner/lease holder/hirer of the aircraft(Main & backup). Proof of ownership/lease/hire documents of aircrafts shall be submitted with bid.
(c) The flight inspection unit shall consist of crew and RADAR calibration/commissioning Engineers with minimum 3(three) years experience in flight calibration.
(d) Calibration aircraft fully equipped and instrumented as per specification section-7.
4. The required average annual turnover of the tenderer shall be at least Tk 1.25 (One and Quater) Crore over the last 3(Three) years. [Documented evidence shall be submitted.]
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.0 (One ) crore. [Documented evidence shall be submitted.]
