INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers or JVCA max. no. of partners in the JV shall not be more than 3 (three) as below:
a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1 no. 6 storied RCC Building with Cast-in-situ pile work in single contract amounting to Tk. 3200 Lac (BDT Three Thousand and Two Hundred Lac) and steel truss/structure of having minimum height 40 feet with all fittings, fixings and accessories amounting to Tk 150 Lac (BDT One Hundred Fifty Lac) in another single contract during last 10 (Ten) years under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over in the best 5 (five) years in the last 10(Ten) years of Tk. 5000 Lac (BDT Five Thousand Lac) only.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk.2500 Lac (BDT Two Thousand Five Hundred Lac) only to be issued in Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit in the format as specified (Form e- PW3).
e) Tender capacity should be Tk. 3500 Lac (BDT Three Thousand Five Hundred Lac) only. A Tender security will be required in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee in favour of the Superintending Engineer, Savar PWD Circle.
f) The Tenderer must process: Up to date valid Trade license (2020-2021), income tax clearance certificate from NBR (2019-2020), Up to date ABC license with supervisory license & Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR. All other terms and condition are shown in the TDS, PCC of the Tender Documents. Special terms and conditions are shown in drawing section. |
