| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(i) The consulting firm shall have at least 03(three) years full time practical experience in Manpower Supply to any Government Organization/Semi-Government/Autonomous body from the date of publication of IFT.
(ii) The firm should be the experience for satisfactory completion/running contract of minimum 300(three hundred) person/employee at least 01(one) contracts over a period of last one years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization.
(iii) The firm must submitted following documents :
a) Updated Trade Licence-2020-2021
b) Original Treasury Challan and Online Verification Copy of treasury challan
c) Updated-VAT registration certificate-13 digit
d) Income Tax certificate.
e) (I) Bank solvency certificate, (II) last year bank statement at last 5 (five) Core (Taka) Transaction (III) Tk. 2,50,00,000/-(Two Core fifty Lac) Taka only (Iv) At least 5 (five) months pay support guaranty
f) Last three years Audit report
g) Experience certificate stated in 18 (I) (II)
h) Manpower business certificate from govt. Authorized Agency.
i) Technical approach and methodology of supplied Manpower.
j) Work plan
k) CV of Employee
l) Document of PNS-1-9; regarding PNS-2, includes (I) if won office then electric bill of last month (II) if hire office then documents of hire.
m) Signature and seal of Authorized person in every page (patha) of schedule
n) All documents should be Updated.
