INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
A. The tenderer shall have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in construction works and must have an experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of 4 (Four) storied RCC frame structure building construction work having pile foundation including civil, sanitary and internal electrical works with a value not less than Tk 50.00 (Fifty) crore through a single contract during last 5 (five) years in any Government/ Semi -Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh (year counting from the date of publication of IFT).
(i) In case of the work done under PWD the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that locality /District under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
B. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk.65.00 (Sixty-Five) crore over last 5 (five) years (year counting from the date of publication of IFT)
C. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 13.00 (Thirteen) crore only.
D. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 55.00 (Fifty-Five) crore only.
E. The tenderer shall be installed a batching plant at the project site before starting the construction work.
F.The tenderer shall maintain the pro-rata progress of works (in terms of value of the works) as part of his obligation pursuant to GCC clause 42.
