| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website. The start date of the earliest construction works completed satisfactorily under public sector will be considered for calculating the period of general experience. Tenderer shall attach relevant certificate issued by concerned PE.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) successfully completed contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology of minimum 500 m2 Floor/Roof area four storied RCC fram structure Building with five storied foundation having Building related Sanitary work, Electric work & Service within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least
Tk. 4,50,000,00.00 Lac (Four Crore Fifty Lac Only).Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal.
