(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) Contract of a multi storied R.C.C framed building of composite (R.C.C Concrete + Pre-fabricated Steel frame) structure works successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years, with a value of at least Tk 40.00 (forty) crore. (Minimum Tk. 30.00 (thirty) crore will be civil works and minimum Tk. 10.00 (Ten) crore will be Electro-mechanical works).
(c) Other details are stipulated in the Tender Document. |
