The Minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction work as a Prime contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be10 (ten) years (counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor or Joint Venture Partner in Similar nature of construction work of at least 700 (seven hundred) meter 4-Lane bridge with viaduct/Flyover on the Highway or over river channel(s) / 4-Laning road construction including bridge successfully completed in a Single contract with a value of minimum 400.00 (four hundred) crore or USD 47.162 million within last 10(ten) years.
For the purpose of similar nature, complexity and methods/ Construction Technology, the contract shall be a Highway/equivalent to National Highway standard (combination of road and Bridge works or separately Bridge works) construction works.
(a) At least one Multispan Four Laning Bridge/Flyover Built over the river channel(s) or on the Highway
(b) The Length of the 4-Laning Bridge with viaduct including Box Girder not less than 700.00 meter shall be required

The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be 10 years.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Joint Venture Partner in construction of long bridge over River/Sea, at least two contracts successfully completed within the last 10 years, each with a value of at least BDT 4800.00 Million/ USD 56.47 Million. Out of above-mentioned two Contracts, at least one contract should be outside of the Tenderer’s home country, that have been successfully completed and that are similar to the proposed work. The similarly shall be based on the physical site, complexity, method and technology or other characteristics as designed.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 4500.00 Million /USD 52.94 Million, calculated as total certified payments received for construction contracts in progress and/or completed within the last 5 years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by Audit Report or credit line(s) substantiated in the format as specified (Form PW7A-12) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 750.00 Million/ USD 8.82 Million.
The minimum capacity shall be : BDT 5535.00 million/ USD 65.12 million.
