INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 15 (Fifteen) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract of Civil & Electro-Mechanical works (including minimum 1000 RT Central Air-Conditioning system) successfully completed within last 10 (Ten) years; with a value of at least Tk.100.00 (One Hundred) Crore (MinimumTk.35.00 (Thirty Five) Crore will be Civil works and Minimum Tk.65.00 (Sixty Five) Crore will be Electro-Mechanical works).
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 140.00 (One hundred and Forty) Crore only over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 50.00 (Fifty) Crore only.
(e) The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 150.00 (One hundred and Fifty) Crore.
(f) Joint Venture (JV) is allowed to participate in the Tender. However, the No. of Partners in a JV shall not be more than 2(Two).
