INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i) Construction experience of minimum 10 (ten) years and satisfactorily completed at least 01(One) work of similar nature (Civil, Sanitary/plumbing & Electrical works etc.) not less than Tk 10.00 crore (Taka ten crore) only in a single contract, in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. The Tenderers shall have to furnish work completion certificates from officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent.
ii) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover in the last 05(five) years preceding the date of submission of the Tender shall not be less than Tk 9.50 crore (Taka Nine crore fifty lac) only.
iii) Minimum liquid assets/credit facilities shall be Tk 2.50 crore (Taka two crore fifty lac) only. In case of credit facilities Bank will ensure that the above mentioned credit limit will be given if the said work is awarded to the contractor.
iv) Having Electrical Contracting license and ABC Electrical Supervisory license from Electrical licensing board (Up to date renewal).
v) Tenderer may engage the subcontractor in the supply and installation of lift. (if required)
vi) Tenderer/subcontractor shall have at least 10(Ten) years of overall business experience in the supply and installation of mechanical machineries.
vii) Tenderer/subcontractor shall have specific experience for supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the proposed brand lift installed in any Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organization worth not less than Tk.50(Fifty) Lac in a single contract in the last 05(five) years.
viii) Tenderer/subcontractor shall have an Agency/Distributorship certificate for the proposed brand lift in current issue from the internationally reputed Lift Manufacturer.
ix) Tenderers shall have to fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet & other Terms and Conditions of the Tender Documents. |
