Eligibility: As mentioned in tender document.
Qualification :
i. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
ii. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Interior works/HVAC system installation of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1200 (One thousand two hundred) lac.
iii. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1500 (One thousand five hundred) Lac in the best 3 (Three) years within the last 5 (Five) years.
iv. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1200 (One thousand two hundred) Lac.
