| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(i) The Bidder shall have Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of US$ 25 million, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last 5 (five) years.
(ii) The Bidder shall have experience as a Contractor, Joint Venture partner or Subcontractor or Management contractor, at least one single contract of construction of buildings and structures. e.g. Institutional/Commercial/ Industrial/Office/Research center/Training center/Testing laboratory with RCC or steel framed structure construction works: that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last 07 (Seven) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds US$ 25 Million. The similarity of the Bidder’s participation shall be based on Physical size, Nature of works, Complexity, Methods, Technology or other characteristics as described in Section 6: Employer’s Requirements. The complete eligibility and qualification requirements are stipulated in Section 3: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria of the Bidding Documents.
