INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum five (5) years
of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at
least 1 (one) number RCC construction work of Tk. 250.00 ( Two hundred fifty
) lakh in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous
Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. In case of the work
done other than PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the
concerned Executive Engineer, PWD, of that division.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover
during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 750.00 ( Seven hundred fifty) lakh.
Only Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public
sector to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average annual
construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of
the tenderer shall be Tk. 185.00 ( One hundred eighty five) lakh in the
prescribed form (PW3-7). The cash credit Amount must be unConsumed/unutilized.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be tk 280.00 (Two hundred eighty) lakh.
To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must submit list of contract
agreement, up to date payment certificates for on-going and completed
contract under any public sectors for the year in which maximum value of
works performed within 5 years.
f) The tenderer must possess Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate,
Valid VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license.
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender
data sheet (TDS) of tender documents. |
