INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the electrification works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in electrification works including generator,sub-station equipment,air-cooler,pump motor and others in a single tender at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 1.29 crore.In case of the work done except PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.13.75 corer in the last 5 years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk.1.70 crore.If tenderer submit liquid asset document,he must be declared a statement overthrough bank that tenderer will expends that liquid asset for the execution of that particuler work (Name of the work). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in e-GP.
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 1.37 crore.
(f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 percent above or below the estimate cost, the tender will be rejected.
(g)The tenderer must posses
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license
iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
All other conditions in TDS,PCC,ITT and all necessary documents must submit in e-PW2a format.Otherwise tender will be rejected. |
