INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (ten) years of overall experience in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor are as furnished below:
i) The Tenderer must have been involved in aviation fuel projects related to Jet A-1 underground hydrant pipeline in any International Airports.
ii) The Tenderer must have an in-house multi-disciplinary Engineering Team to do the design which will be certified by an accredited JIG inspector.
iii) The Tenderer must declare that it is familiar with all the standards of JIG and all the relevant standards of EI and API which will be strictly applied in design, construction and commissioning.
(b)The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar to the proposed plant (Jet A-1 hydrant pipeline system) and services shall be at least 01 (one) contract of Installation of Jet A-1 Feed pipeline/ Jet A-1 Fuel Hydrant system in any International Airport on Turnkey Basis successfully completed within the last 10 years with a value of at least Tk. 200 million or equivalent USD 2.35 million.
(c)The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 450 million or equivalent USD 5.29 million within the best 5 (five) years in the last 10 (ten) years.
(d)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 300 million or equivalent USD 3.53 million. |
