INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Building construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5(Five) years.
ii) The tenderer must have an experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature of Building construction works including civil, sanitary and electrical works with a value of at least Tk.130.00 ( One Hundred and Thirty) Lac through a single contract during last 5 (five) years in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred ) Lacs in the last 5 (Five) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 100.00 (One Hundred) Lacs (Must be submitted in the Form PW2a-3 from any scheduled bank, otherwise tender will be considered as non responsive).Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty) Lacs.
vi) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
vii)Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
c) Updated Trade license.
d)ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board.
Joint Venture, Consortium or Association (JVCA) is not allowed as per direction of Police Head Quarters vide memo no: 44.01.0000.043.385-2017/8425 Dated: 24/03/2019. |
