INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

While purchasing tender documents, tenderer’s have to show and attach with application and schedule up-to-date: tenderer’s must be 1st class contractor under Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous organization (i) Trade license, (ii) Income tax clearance certificate and valid ABC category Electrical contractor license and supervisory license from Electrical licensing Board. Government of Bangladesh (iii) VAT registration certificate with TIN number 12 digits (iv) Bank solvency certificate. Supplier should be an authorized distributor /dealer /local agent of the sub-station manufacturer and should submit the letter of authorization signed by respective management (Director/CEO/Managing Director). The substation manufacturer company should have testing laboratory must be accredited by internationally authorized accreditation authority and certificates must be submitted. The tenderer must have five years of experience in installation of electrical substation where at least one substation with the capacity of 1000 kVA Dry Type Transformer showing original work order with satisfactory completion certificate of the completed work from the rank of at last Executive Engineer / Equivalent officers. |
