- Tenderers shall have 03 (three) years specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 03 contracts of successfully completed within the last 03 years, with a value of at least Tk. 6 crore in one work order
-Annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.7 (seven) crore best 03 years in the last 05 years
- Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 01 crore.
