INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in construction works.
2. The tenderer must have an experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature of Building construction works including civil, sanitary and electrical works with a value of at least Tk.9,60,00,000 ( BDT Nine Hundred and Sixty Lac) through a single contract during last 5 (five) years in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
3. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk.18,00,00,000 (BDT One Thousand and Eight Hundred lac only) over last five years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 3,00,00,000 (Three hundred Lac only) in the form PW3-7 (Failing to submit in PW3-7 will make the tender non-responsive). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.10,50,00,000 (BDT One Thousand and Fifty lac only).
6. The tenderer shall submit updated income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Trade licence, ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board.
7. Tenderer's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, shall be rejected.
