INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05(five) years.
(b) (i) Having experience in successfully completion of at least one number of Building Construction of similar nature includes Civil, Sanitary, Electrical works etc in a single no of tender/Contract amounting Tk. 15.00 Crore in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years. Self work/ Private work will not be entertained for the work experience.
(ii) Contractor must have working Experience in minimum 15 storied Building of similar nature in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh
(c) The required average annual Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 70.00 Crore over the last 05(five) years .
(d)The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 10.00 Crore ( Must be submitted in the Form PW3-7 from any scheduled bank, otherwise tender may be considered as non responsive) ( without addition or alteration) (CPTU STD PW3). Please see section 7 for PW3-7 form.
(e) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 16.00 Crore.
(f) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(g) Up-to date ABC category contractor and supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(h) Tenderers may participate in the Tender as JVCA. Maximum number of partners in the JV shall not be more than 2 (two). |
