INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in construction works.
(b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of a Similar nature of construction work for Lot No-1 Tk. 55.00 (Fifty Five ) Lakh, Lot No-2 Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Lakh in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(Five) years.
In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
In case of the work done under any Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
prescribed form for work certificate for this purpose will be available in all offices mentioned in clause no.09.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) financial years for Lot No-1 Tk. 64.00 (Sixty Four) Lakh. and for Lot No-2 Tk. 68.00 (Sixty Eight) Lakh. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be for Lot No-1 Tk.22.00 (Twenty Two) Lakh. and for Lot No-2 Tk. 23.00 (Twenty Three) Lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 of Tender and Contract Forms section must be submitted for this purpose.
(e) The minimum tender capacity: (i) Lot-1-63(Sixty Three) Lakh, (ii) Lot-2-67(Sixty Seven) Lakh.
(f) The tenderer must possess
i) Up-to date income Tax Clearance Certificate.
ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
iii) Up-to- date Trade License.
iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
v) Attested copy of documents mentioned in Sl. No. i, ii, iii & iv are to be
submitted.
vi) Original money receipt must be enclosed with the tender.
(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents. |
