INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of similar nature- (a) air conditioning work of at least 80 lac in single contract; and (b) interior decoration and false ceiling works of at least 70 lac in single contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a total value of at least Tk. 150 lac in Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies is required. The years is counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The works completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the Rank of the Executive Engineer/Project Director/Equivalent officer of Concern Department/organization.The tenderer should also submit up-to-date electrical ABC liscence and IRC certificate in own name. Moreover, manufacturer or agent authorisation and product card/catalogue of the air conditioners must be submitted. |
