1.General experience Five years
2. Specific experience of construction of wash block a single contract within
the last 3 (Three) years with a value at least Tk. 95.00 Lakhs ( Ninety Five
Lakh)
3. Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.12500000.00(One Crore
Twenty Five Lakh) over the last 3 ( Three) years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of
the Tenderer shall be Tk. 9500000.00 ( Ninety Five) lakhs. For credit facilities,
use the standard
format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form
PW3-7)" which isuploaded in 'General Specifications' section. Any conditional
Line of Credit or Other format for this will not be considered.
