A) Experience under Steel Structure construction contractor in the role of prime contractor or management contractor for at least last 10 (Ten) years prior to the application submission deadline.
B) (i)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit lines of the tenderers shall be Tk. 21.5 (twenty one million five lac) million.
ii) Minimum average annual construction turnover for steel structure building works of Tk. 86.6 (eighty six million six lac) million the best three years of total 5 (five) years.
C) Others Terms & conditions as per Tender documents and applicable law of PPR-2008.
