INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Eligibility of Applicant : |

A) Experience under construction contractor in the role of prime contractor or management contractor for at least last 15 (Fifteen) years prior to the application submission deadline.
B)
i) Participation as prime contractor or management contractor having experience in at least 1 (one) contracts within the last 3 (three) years, with a value of at least BDT 1650.00 (one thousand six hundred fifty)million (Minimum 14 storied building) under a single contract as a single contractor, that have been successfully and substantially completed and handed over the project and that are similar to the proposed works. The similarity shall be based on the physical size, complexity, methods / technology or other characteristics as described in Section VI, Scope of Works of pre-qualification document.
ii) At least 2 (two) basement work with minimum floor area 30,000 sft or 1 (one) basement work with minimum floor area 60,000 sft in a single work order and as a single contractor under any govt./semi govt./ autonomous body of Bangladesh.
iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit lines of the tenderers shall be Tk. 206.3 (two hundredsix million threelac) million.
iv) Minimum average annual construction turnover for building works of Tk. 825.0 (eight hundred twenty five million) million for the best three years of total 5 (five) years.
C) Others Terms & conditions as per Pre-qualification documents and applicable law of PPR-2008.
