The Bangladesh Land Port Authority now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for development of land port at Sheola including construction of buildings, pavements and other infrastructures as well as installation of necessary equipment and utilities as per the specifications and giving due attention to ESHS aspects so that the land port could be operated with all intended functions. The works are to complete in two years’ time. The bidders shall have construction experience of ten years, average annual construction turnover minimum USD 10.00 Million best three years of last five years, working capital/ liquid assets/ credit facilities of minimum USD 2.40 Million, similar experiences of two contracts each of value minimum USD 8.00 Million. More details are mentioned in the bid documents. |

The following corrigendum-2 has been made in the Specific Procurement Notice for Development of Sheola Land Port (Memo no: 18.15.0000.023.14.046.19/391, Date: 24.04.2019), published in the Daily Ittefaq on April 26, 2019 and on the Daily Star on April 28, 2019 and Corrigendum published in both the papers on May 31,2019.
Para 2 & 6 of Specific Procurement Notice will be replaced as below:

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before July 10, 2019, 3.00 p.m(Wednesday). Local time (Local time is GMT + 6 Hours). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on July 10, 2019, 3.30 p.m. Local time.
