INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(A) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
(B) The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in R.C.C. Building Construction Works of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 110.00 (One Hundred and Ten) Lacs.
(C) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 110.00 (One Hundred and Ten) Lacs in the last 5 (Five) years, must be authenticated by the concerned D.C Taxes/ NBR authority or payment certificate(s) issued by the concern Procuring Entity. Other formats are not acceptable.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60.00 (Sixty) Lacs, in case of Line of Credit, certificates must be submitted in the prescribed Form in PW2-(a) from any scheduled bank without any alteration, and otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive. For Bank statement, it should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before the Submission date.
(E) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 130.00 (One Hundred and Thrirty) Lacs
(F) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and VAT/BIN Registration Certificate.
(G) Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. |
