INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 10(Ten) years of general experience in Construction works.
B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of building construction work including Civil, Sanitary & Electric works worth not less than Tk.130.00(One Hundred Thirty ) Lac only in a single work order in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 130.00(One Hundred Thirty) Lac] over the last [5(Five)] years
D)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 65.00(Sixty Five) Lac in case of Line of Credit, certificates must be submitted in the prescribed Form PW2a-3 from any scheduled bank without any alteration, and otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive. For Bank statement, it should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before the Submission date. supported by Bank certificate. Bank statement should be counted 28(Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
F) Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
Special Instructions: i) According to ITT clause no. 43.3, Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected. According to ITT clause no. 44.2, In case of tie for the lowest evaluated price, the Tenderer shall be selected base on the ‘Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects |
