INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 01(one) number of similar nature of building construction work including Civil, Sanitary works worth not less than Tk. 140.00( One hundred Forty) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05(five) years.
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 170.00 (One Hundred Seventy) Lakh.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets/working capital/credit facilities/credit line of the tenderer shall be TK. 80.00 (Eighty) Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work. Bank statement should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
(E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
(F) Up-to dated ABC category Contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
Special Instructions:
(i)As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 and according to ITT clause no. 30.3, Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate of the proposed work, will be rejected.
(ii) In case of tie for the lowest evaluated price, the tenderer shall be selected based on past performance evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects mentioned in ITT clause no.30.4. So all tenderers are requested to submit the related documents mentioned in ITT clause no.30.4 ( form e-PW2(a))
