"As per ITT 14.1 (a)
a) Overall work experience of 5 years.
b) Proven capacity and experience in community mobilization; public consultation and dialogues with multi-stakeholders, focus group discussion, and use of participatory approach and tools.
c) Confirmed work experience of establishing network with local government institutions, local elected leaders, and community leaders as well as community people.
As per ITT 14.1 (a)
a) Demonstrated experience of designing and installing water systems
b) Particular working experience of minimum 3 (three) years in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) sector in Dhaka City slum areas.
c) Substantial experience on community & staffs training facilitations.
The Contractor should demonstrate the above mentioned qualification by providing:
• A background description of the NGO or company, with brochures,
• Overall experience of the NGO or company, in development field,
• Description of the ongoing WASH activities (if any) and particular experience of the NGO or company in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) sector in Dhaka city slum areas
• List of LICs where the NGO or company is operating in Dhaka (including WASH and non-WASH activities)
• Summary of permanent professionals with key qualifications in the field of major components of the project
• True copies (attested) of Registration and Tax certificate
• True copies (attested) of successful work completion certificate from the client/local authority/donor of donor funded urban water supply and sanitation project
• True copies (attested) of annual financial turnover statement for last three years along with audit reports.
