Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
• Contracts of Similar Size and Nature:
o Participation in at least two (2) Reference Contracts comprising civil works in water sector that have been successfully or substantially completed within the last 10 years prior to the bid submission date, wherein bidder’s participation exceeds US$ 36 million under each contract.
o Participation in at least two (2) Reference Contracts that have been successfully or substantially completed within the last 10 years prior to the bid submission date, where scope of works under each contract includes supply, and installation of more than 10 km of pipeline for potable water supply in carriageways. Out of the two contracts one shall have used at least 5km of ductile iron pipe of minimum diameter DN1000 and one contract shall have used at least 5km of HDPE pipe of minimum diameter OD450mm.
• Average Annual Turnover: Minimum average annual construction turnover of USD 36 million |
