INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in R.C.C. building construction works of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 2,75,00,000.00 (Two Crore and Seventy Five)Lac.
(C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2,50,00,000.00 (Two crore Fifty lac) in the last 5 (Five) years must be authenticated by the concerned D.C Taxes/ NBR authority or payment certificate(s) issued by the concern procuring Entity. Other formats are not acceptable..
(D) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 75,00,000.00 (Seventy Five Lac), in case of Line of Credit, certificates must be submitted in the prescribed Form PW3-7 from any scheduled bank without any alteration, and otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive. For Bank statement, it should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before the Submission date.
(E)The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 3,50,00,000.00 (Three Crore and fifty lac)
(F)Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and VAT/BIN Registration Certificate.
(G) Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(H) All other conditions as mentioned in tender documents must be fulfilled |
