INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer : : (a) Reputed and famous developer company/builders/constructing organization/individual/joint proprietor can submit Tender. Priority may be given to the member of REHAB. (b) Flat must be residential one and it must be constructed according approved plans/drawings and rules and regulations of proper authority. (c) Interested developer company/builders/construction organization/individual/joint proprietor must be owner of the flat and corresponding land or they must have legal power of attorney to registrar the flat to the purchaser. They must submit the NEC (Non Encumbrance Certificate) from appropriate authority. (d) Selected Tenderer must hand over the flat with proper registration within 6(six) months of issue of Notification of Award (NOA) (e) Successful Tenderer must submit 5% (Five present) performance security money of awarded value within 14 days of issue of NOA but before agreement infavoure of "Chief Engineer, SUST, Sylhet". Agreement must be done within 28 days of issue of NOA. (f) Tenderer must submit up to date land tax payment receipts, NEC, income tax clearance, trade license, vat registration etc (It may not applicable for individual/joint proprietor). (g) The Tenderer with a consistent history of litigation or a number of arbitration awards against it and or Debarred Tenderers by this university or any other organization shall not be eligible to tender
Brief Description of Goods or Works : : The flat to be used as guest house of the university should be modern and standard one consisting of 4000 to 5000 sqft collectively on same adjacent floor level horizontally or consecutive floor levels (vertically) in the area Elenbari, Monipuripara, Farmgate, Indira Road, Hatirpool, Banglamotor, Kalabagan or adjacent to these area of Dhaka city connected by wide approach road. The building in which it is situated must have land telephone, cable, gas, CCTV, IPS connectivity, must have minimum one lift and one power generator. There should be two standard parking places/garages side by side belonging to flat which should be registered infavoure of SUST, Sylhet. There should be some flexibility to modify the arrangement of the flat abiding by rules and regulations of RAJUK/appropriate authority’s approved plans/drawings
