INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers mentioned below:
a) Reputed Construction firm/contractor who have minimum 5 years experience in similar nature work under Bangladesh Govt./Semi Govt./corporation/Autonomous organization.
b) Tenders who have experience in successfully completion the similar nature work during last 5 years under Govt./Semi Govt./corporation/Autonomous organizationin Bangladesh in single work order amounting as stated below:
i) Filling of Lagoon & Construction of Brick Retaining Wall. Amounting Tk.360.00lac
c) The Certification of Successful Completion of similar nature works shall have to be issued by and officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer/upozilla Engineer/Project Director of concerned Department with official address, seal and phone number.
d) The Tender shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Amounting Tk. 780.00 lac
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Amounting Tk.600.00lac.
f) Up to date (2018-19) Trade License, income tax clearance and VAT registration certificate to be submitted along with the tender.
g) Other required eligibility and condition of the tenderers as stipulated in the tender Data sheet of Tender Document.
All Documents must be enclosed with the tender and all certificate shall have to be duly attested by 1st class gazetted officer.
Required tender security money TK. 16.50 lac to be submitted along with the tender (in the form of pay order/Bank draft/Bank guaranty in specified from PW3-6 of tender document) from any schedule bank of Bangladesh in favour of GhorasalPolash Urea Fertilizer Project,Palash, Narsingdi. |
