INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1st class enlisted Contractors of Govt./Semi Govt. & Autonomous Organization who have :
a) Minimum 5 (five) years overall experience in the Construction works.
b) Completed at least one Similar nature Work of minimum value of Tk. 45.00 (Forty Five) Crore in a single work order in Govt. Semi Govt or Autonomous public Organization in the last 5(five) years preceeding the date of publication of IFT .
c) Minimum average annual construction turnover in the last 5(five) years preceeding the date of publication of IFT shall be greater than Tk. 180.00 (One Hundred Eighty) Crore.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Crore.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be 62.00 (Sixty Two) Crore.
f) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, 1st Class enlistment certificate from Govt./Semi-Govt. & Autonomous Organization and Trade Licence.
g) Personnel Capabilities:
i) Project Manager- BSc Engineer (Civil)- 01 (One) person
(Minimum 10 years experience in Construction work).
ii) Project Engineer- BSc Engineer (Civil)- 01 (One) person
(Minimum 5 years experience in Construction work).
iii) Site Engineer- Diploma Engineer (Civil) – 03 (Three) Person.
(Minimum 5 years experience in construction works).
iv) Work Supervisor – 06 (Six) Persons.
(Minimum 5 years experience in construction works).
v) Surveyor – 01 (One) Persons.
(Minimum 5 years experience in operating total station, level machine etc).
h) Equipment Capabilities :-
The tenderer shall own or have assured access through lease, hire or other such method, the required number of essential equipments in full working order
i) Excavator – 03 Nos.
ii) Pay Loader – 03 Nos
iii) Dump Truck – 06 Nos
iv) Chain Dozer – 01 No
v) Roller with vibro compactor (10 ton - 12 ton Capacity)- 02 Nos
vi) Two wheel steel Drum Plain Roller (10 ton - 12 ton Capacity) – 01 No
vii) Mixture Machine with hopper - 04 Nos
viii) Vibro Compactor-04 Nos
