INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a)Participation as contractor, management contractor, or subcontractor, in at least One(1) contracts within the last Five (5)years, each with a value of at least BDT 100.00 Lakh , that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed Works.
(b) The bidder must have experience under contracts in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor for at least the last Five (5) years prior to the applications submission deadline.
(c) The Bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments to meet the minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 70.00 Lakh.
(d) Minimum average annual turnover of BDT 150 Lakh, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, over the last Five (5) years.
(e) The bidder must have a minimum experience in the following key activities: Installation/Construction of Test tube-wells, Production tube-wells, Pump Houses, Submersible Pump Procurement with Column Pipe, Electric Panel Board Installation , electrification with transformer , water points & Etc.
(f) Selection of the winner will be conducted through post qualification procedures specified in the IDB Guidelines for Procurement under IDB Financing (May 2009), which can be found at the website: www.isdb.org and is open to all bidders from eligible IDB Member Countries, as defined in the guidelines.
(g) The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Islamic Development Bank(IDB) Standard Bidding Documents: Procurement of Works.
(h) The last date and time of selling bidding documents is 06 March, 2019 at 5.00 PM. Bids must be delivered to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Department of Public Health Engineering (DPHE), Kurigram Division, Kurigram on or before 12:00 hr on 07.03.2019 and must be accompanied by a security of BDT 350,000.00 (Three hundred fifty thousand) only.
(i) Note:
i. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender.
ii. Tenderer should mention the full name of his/her firm (No abbreviation is allowed).
iii. The qualification procedures specified in the IDB Guidelines for Procurement under IDB Financing (May 2009) are applied on contractors.
iv. Any type of apathy/negligence/delay of execution of work will cost the winning bidder a penalty of minimum 3 years debars in respective zone.
v. Similar experience/ Working Experience Certificate/ Bank Solvency Certificate/Tender Security / TIN Certificate/ updated VAT & IT Certificate are must.
vi. All other information is in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
vii. Test of materials must be performing under BUET/RUET/DUET/Equivalent and test of water samples must be perform from Zonal Laboratory of DPHE. Tenderer Should bear all cost of Tests.
viii. Location & Position of TW depends on Procuring Entity (PE). No objection will grant for this purpose.
iX. Procuring Entity (PE) reserve the rights to subtract, modify and cancel the whole tender procedure without showing any reason. |
