(a) The minimum number of years of commercial experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 (five) years. (b) Satisfactorily completion of similar nature of work of cleaning services at least one (1) contract ( having at least 10 employees for minimum two years continuously) of value BDT 2 lac completed in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous/Private organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(Five) years. The tenderers shall have to furnish certificate in this regard from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineers or equivalent without which tender will not be considered.
