INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of minimum 2 storied RCC frame structure building successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 9.00 crore.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.10.00 crore in the last 5 years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the supplier shall be of Tk.2.48 crore . If supplier submit liquid asset document,he must be declared a statement overthrough bank that tenderer will expends that liquid asset for the execution of that particuler work (Name of the work). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in e-GP.
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 11.90 crore.
(f) Tenderers may participate in the Tender as JVCA. Maximum number of partners in the JV shall not be more than 3.
(g)Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(h)The tenderer must posses
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license
iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
All other conditions in TDS,PCC,ITT and all necessary documents must submit in e-PW3 format.Otherwise tender will be rejected. |
