a) Valid trade license, updatedIncome tax & VAT certificate and bank solvency certificate.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of 5(five) years each with a value of at least of Tk 8,00,00,000.00 (eight crore) for package-1; Tk 6,00,00,000.00 (six crore) for package-2 and Tk 33,00,000.00 (thirty three lacks) for package-3 shall be required .
c) Annual average turnover and liquid assets shall be required for each package as stated in the Tender Documents.
d) Besides this any other conditions mentioned in Tender Documents should be followed . |
