INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a. Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
b. Valid VAT registration certificate.
c. Up-to-date trade license.
d. Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board
e. General experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having minimum general experience in construction works for 05 (Five) year's.
f. Specific Experience: Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar nature of Building construction works during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK. 160.00 (One Hundred sixty) Lacs, in a single contract

g. The Tenderers average annual construction turn over shall be greater than amounting TK.250.00 (Two hundred and fifty) Lacs during last 05 (Five) years.
h. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK 135.00(One hundred thirty five) Lacs, Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in the
prescribed form for this purpose.
i. Other terms and conditions as per TDS.
j. Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed
