INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) of similar nature including two storied building with RCC successfully completed in Government/ semi government/ autonomous organizations within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk.70 lacs.In case of the work done except PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 23 lacs. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.Unconditional Liquid Asset from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in STD form as well as bank statement according to afore-mentioned date, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk 95 lacs over the last 5 years.
5.The minimum Tender Capacity shall be:Tk 75 Lacs.
6.The Tenderer must posses:Up-to-date Trade License,TIN certificate,VAT registration certificate and ABC category Electric & Supervisory License.
7.The Tenderer must maintain Pro Rata Progress of the work as per approved work program. In case of failure of achieving 20% of Pro Rata progress in comparison with approved work program in any stage of Work, it will be considered as Fundamental breach of the Contract. Subsequently, measures will be taken to terminate Contract under GCC clause#37 8.Other conditions in TDS,PCC.
N.B:10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. |
