INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the field of Electrical Installation Construction Works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
b) At least 01 (One) Contract of Construction of Electrical Sub-Station (including Design, Supply, Transport, Installation, Testing & Commissioning) of 33/11 kV or higher as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor with a minimum contract value of Taka 07 (Seven) Crore successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years.
c) Work Completion Certificate/ End User Certificate along with the Copy of Contract shall be submitted by the Tenderer as a proof of Specific Experience. Work Completion Certificate/ End User Certificate must be issued by the Procuring Entity. Non-Government or Private Experience shall not be considered.
d) The Tenderer shall have updated Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Last 05 (Five) years Audited Balance Sheet. |
