| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• General Experience: The bidder must have experience of Participation as an EPC contractor, JV partner, or subcontractor covering Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning basis in at least two contracts for Compressor, one of which has been successfully completed and one substantially completed within the last ten (10) years, counting backward from the date of bid submission, and that are similar to the proposed contract, where the value of the Bidder’s (or JV partner) participation under each contract exceeds US$53 (fifty three) million. Both contracts should be executed outside Bidders’ home country.
• Specific Experience: The bidder must have minimum experience of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of successfully completed at least one contract of natural gas compressor station with minimum one compressor having rated power of not less than 2000 BHP outside their home country.
• Average Annual Turnover: The minimum average annual turnover shall be US$53 (fifty three) million within the last 3(three) years.
• Historical Financial Performance: The bidder shall submit at least last 3(three) year’s audited financial statements for this purpose. As a minimum, the Bidder’s net worth for the last year should be positive. |
