1.The Tenderer shall have current enlistment certificate of civil construction from Govt./ Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization.
2.The Tenderer shall have satisfactory completion certificates of similar works (Building construction works) of at least Tk.80(eighty) Lac under single contract over a period of last 05 (five) years.
3.Average annual construction Turnover greater than Tk.12500000 (One Core Twenty Five Lac) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years.
4.Liquid Assets not less than Tk.59 (fifty nine) Lac ( issued by the bank within 28 days of submission date). |
