| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05(Five) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper], (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Similar nature successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk.35.00 Lakh in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government Organization of Bangladesh [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper], (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.70.00 Lakh over the last 05(five)years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper], (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines of the Tenderers shall be Tk.35.00 Lakh within the period of tender invitation and dropping, (e) Up to date Trade License, Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate & Vat Registration Certificate, (f) Purchase Receipt of Tender Document (Original), (g)The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed. (h) Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet(TDS). |
